Commercial Pilot

Commercial pilots may be compensated for their flying services (as opposed to a private pilot who may not). Commercial pilots must have a minimum of 250 hours of flight experience and are trained to higher standards than are private pilots. Most professional pilots flying commercially are not commercial pilots - they are the Airline Transport Pilots.
